The aluminium case set "Namib" from Bagtecs is an asymmetrical set consisting of two aluminium cases with different volumes (40 litres and 35 litres). The different case widths are intended to compensate for exhaust pipes or other attachments mounted on one side. Thanks to the included mounting kit for luggage carriers with a pipe diameter of 16-18mm, the aluminium case set can be mounted on luggage carriers of any manufacturer. The adapter kit is suitable for Givi Monokey PL/PLX, Hepco Becker Cutout Xplorer, Lock It, Five Stars, Cap, SW-Motech and Fehling. With a total capacity of 75 litres, the side cases offer sufficient storage space for the motorcycle. Thanks to 1.5 mm thick aluminium they are also extremely robust, hard-wearing and absolutely waterproof. To protect the contents of your cases from theft, they can be locked from the inside.

With your delivery you will receive a complete set from Bagtecs. This includes a "Namib" aluminium case with 40 litres volume, a "Namib" case with 35 litres volume, keyed alike locks, 2 keys and an attachment kit for mounting on 16-18mm case carriers. The aluminium case set is suitable for round and square case carriers.

Note: Please note the tube diameter of the case carrier. Only suitable for 16-18mm.

Als Erstes möchte ich einmal sagen dass es Preislich wohl nichts Vergleichbares auf dem Markt gibt. Für ein schmales Geld bekommt Mann ein Trägerset das sich bestimmt auch für andere Koffer durchaus verwenden lässt. Die Halter sind massiv und leicht zu verbauen auch ohne das Mann fundierte Kenntnisse mitbringen muss. Für die Montage der Koffer allerdings sollte man schon ein wenig Fachkentniss haben da die Koffer keine löcher haben oder Markierungen um löcher zu bohren. ...Die Verschlüsse sind mit Schlössern versehen und bieten einen Schutz vor Zugriff. Die Koffer an sich haben gut funktioniert. Sie sind aber funktionell und auf den ersten 4000 km haben sie gehalten. Nach einer Regenfahrt waren die Koffer innen trocken. Wie das bei Starkregen ausschaut kann ich aber noch nicht sagen dass ich das noch nicht hinter mir habe. Zudem können die Deckel hervorragend als Camping Tisch genutzt werden. Wer zudem noch ein paar Sticker auch die Koffer macht vergisst schnell dass die Koffer niemals einen Design preis gewinnen werden. Mein persönliches Fazit. Das Set ist komplett und wer ein Set für kleines Geld erwerben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Sehr funktionell. Für Touren über mehrere Tage gut da besser als Taschen die einfacher entwendet werden können. Ich würde es wieder kaufen. Würde mir noch wünschen mehr Informationen zu Zuladung und Max Geschwindigkeit zu finden war leider nicht dabei. Aber wer die Koffer nicht mit Backsteinen füllt und auch keine 200 km/h auf der Autobahn fährt der wird wie ich sehr zufrieden sein.
