Dear Motea customer,
Within the scope of our continuous product monitoring and quality control, serious indications have arisen in individual cases that the spoke rims listed below represent a safety risk. In individual cases, the spokes have cracked and broken during the ride when initiating or carrying out the braking process. This can lead to a loss of control and consequently to an accident.
Motea GmbH places the highest value on quality and the safety of its products. Therefore, as a precaution, Motea GmbH hereby recalls the affected rims (see attachment) for a refund of the full purchase price.
You can use the free return label that you can create at http://retoure.motea.com for the return.
For your own interest, please stop using your motorbike as long as the rims are mounted. This also applies in the event that you do not notice any abnormalities on the rims.
