Within the scope of our continuous product monitoring and quality control, serious indications have arisen in individual cases that the brake lever with the adapter number 138224 and batch number 08.08.21 represents a safety risk. In individual cases, a locking of the front wheel has occurred. This can lead to a loss of control and consequently to an accident.

Motea GmbH places the highest value on quality and the safety of its products. Therefore, as a precaution, Motea GmbH hereby recalls the affected Brake levers (see attachment) for a refund of the full purchase price.

You can use the free return label that you can create at https://retoure.motea.de/ for the return.

For your own interest, please stop using your motorbike as long as the Brake levers are mounted. This also applies in the event that you do not notice any abnormalities on the Brake levers.
